Microdosing 101
How to build a sustainable microdosing protocol, what to expect, and how to track results.

What is microdosing? Microdosing means taking a very small amount of psilocybin on a regular schedule. You don't "feel" it in a psychedelic way. The goal is subtle improvements in mood, focus and creativity over time.
Common schedules:
- Fadiman protocol: one day on, two days off
- Stamets stack: four days on, three days off (often paired with lion's mane and niacin)
Start small. Our microdose capsules have nothing to weigh out. Ask our staff how much is in each capsule and where to start, and give it a couple of cycles before changing anything.
Keep a journal. Track mood, sleep, energy and focus. Patterns usually take a few weeks to show up.
Take days off. Tolerance builds quickly, so the off days are part of the routine, not optional.
What to expect: Most people don't notice anything dramatic in the first week. Subtle shifts, like better sleep, a slightly better mood or more creative flow, tend to show up over several weeks.
Check your medications. Talk to a doctor first if you take any medication. Lithium can be dangerous with psilocybin, and antidepressants can change or block the effects.
