How our levels work
Every strain on our menu is tagged Level 1 to 5, from our mildest to our most potent. If you're new, Levels 1 and 2 are the place to start. They're good for beginners and experienced customers alike.
Strength can also vary from batch to batch and person to person, so always ask our staff what's best for you right now.
Tips for a good first experience
- Start low: pick a Level 1 strain or a gentle product, and start small.
- Clear your day: plan for the experience to last several hours.
- Pick a comfortable place: somewhere calm and familiar, with music you like.
- Have a sober friend nearby, especially the first time.
- Skip alcohol and other substances, and talk to a doctor first if you take any medication.
Not into dried mushrooms?
